Wonderful hotel! Exceeded my expectations. The location is excellemt right in the heart of town within an easy walking distance to train station and bus stops close by. The service and amenities are exceptional, includes a bar and restaurant, and a sauna and steam room in their top floor well being area. Staff very friendly and faultless with their assistance. Having access to staff with their 24 hour front desk is a great service. Quality linen and towels. Great Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again, the reason to return to the area!

This is an awesome hotel, and the room was exceptionally large by European standards. Fantastic location, literally right downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and sights. Even though the hotel was very busy, our room was quiet and had an amazing balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains. Would stay here again if ever in the Bressanone area.
